Hi guys. How are you all doing? Hope you all had a great a Christmas? I sure had a great time. So this is just going to be a quick post. I have tried various BBQ recipes, but I never quite liked the dryness. So I decided to research and come up with a kicking and sticky BBQ recipe that will be finger licking good.
It doesn’t take a lot of stress, just ensure that it’s marinaded right, and that’s it, all you just need to do is grill it.
Let’s begin shall we 😊
Jackdaniels smokey BBQ sauce ( no alcohol in it, it’s 1 percent)
Piri herbs and spice blend
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time : 1 hour: 5 minutes
Total time: 1hour:15minutes
Wash and remove the hair(s) on the chicken, and then poke it all around with the tip of a knife ( this will ensure the marinade sips in)
Next mix all the ingredients together in a medium Sized bowl, take the pastry brush, and brush the mixture generously all over the chicken. Make sure you brush it well all over.
Cover the chicken with a cling film and refrigerate overnight or for 6 hours before use.
Preheat the oven to about 180degrees for about 20 minutes. Next remove the cling film and then pop the chicken in the oven and bake.
After 25 minutes, turn the chicken over and brush with some more marinade. Continue baking. After another 25 minutes, turn the chicken over agin and brush with the remaining marinade and cook for the last 10 minutes.
Finally increase the oven dial to grill and increase the heat to 200 degrees and let it brown for 5 minutes.
