Hi guys. How are you all doing? Its been a busy week, that’s why I haven’t been able to post my recipes.
I have another recipe for my 15 minutes meals. Its super easy and no stress at all 🙂
I fell in love with the taste of teriyaki when I had my first taste at an eatry. The sauce was really nice and the peppers were really crunchy.
Its very easy to make and the ingredients are available at most supermarkets. But not to worry if some of the ingredients are not available I have selected alternatives. 🙂
Lets Begin shall we 🙂
INGREDIENTS : (serves 2)
Left over chicken or fresh chicken breast
Rice wine vinegar
Sake (if you don’t have it at home, leave it out. It will still taste great)
Medium sized pot
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Open the noodles, add them to a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
While the noodles is cooking, add the soy sauce to the pot, followed by the grated ginger and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes on a low heat.
Next add the sugar, vinegar and sake. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. You have to keep checking it to make sure its not drying up.
Next add the chicken and let it cook for 7 minutes on high heat. Keep stirring.
After 7 minutes add the cooked noodles and and peppers then cook for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat.
Its ready to go be served. Enjoy!
