Hi guys. How are you all doing today? I am so excited about this recipe! Hehehe. I love icecream, but then it decides to repay me back by sewing my jeans and skirt a little tighter overnight 😦 Sigh.
Any hoo. That was then this is now. 🙂 Now I have decided to eat my ice cream and have it. That is by making my own with me controlling the ingredients and its quantity.
Now thats something worth dancing around for 🙂
Ok. Enough talk! Let’s begin shall we 🙂
2 cups of double cream
1/2 a cup of Light condensed milk
2 tablespoons of Vanilla extract
1/8 cup of semi skimmed milk
Hand mixer or stand mixer
Prep time : 5 minutes
Freezing time : 1 hour – 6 hours
Pour the cindensed milk and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix until well combined.
Next add the cream and whisk until peaks starts to firm (getting a little thick)
Finally add the milk and keep whisking until it becones soft but firm.
Stop the whisk.
Emtpty the contents of the bowl into a plastic container, seal it and pop it in the freezer.
All done. Now that wasnt so bad was it 🙂
