Hi guys. How are you all doing? So todays recipe is for those who reslly want to cook sonerhing quick by just revamping the meal with ingredients in the fridge. In this case we have left over rice.
Sometimes we cook rice and there is some left. But then its a case of eating it with stew, which may not be your cup of tea at that time. So
In Order to avoid eating the same thing over and over again, here is what you can do with it and I guarantee you everyone would love it. And great news, because it’s homemade, you get to reduce the oil and sodium and also gurantee that it is fresh! Happy days. 👏😊
