Hi guys. Happy new month. If you notice on the blog, I hardly blog about noodles. That’s because I try to stay away from it. Lol. Fitfam life doesn’t really allow me to eat it.
But I decided to try it anyways, but most importantly making sure two main ingredients are key. Protein lots of it and lots of veggies. Let’s not also forget it needs flavours.
I am an advocate of using Afro flavours to create Afro fusion. Check out some of my Afro fusion series, you will love it.
Ok then let’s get started shall we 🙂
- Chicken breast
- Chilli flakes
- Suya pepper
- Dry pepper
- Cameron pepper
- Knorr chicken cubes
- Indomie noodles (3 packs)
- Vegetable medley (any veggie of your choice will also work
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Frying pan
Prep time: 5 minutes
Marinating time: 30 minutes to 2 hours
Cooking time: 25 minutes.
Rinse the chicken breast
Next dice the chicken breast
After marinating, heat up the sesame oil and sear the chicken on each side for 5 minutes at first
That’s it, you are done!
