Hi everyone, how are you all doing? Christmas is around the corner, so I wanted to make sure the blog is updated in due course to allow you all familiarise yourself a with a recipe and practice before the main day.
I love chocolate and nuts. But I kinda prefer nuts on its own. Especially pecans and hazelnuts. So I decided to create a dessert with both.
We all need that extra something something when it comes to desserts So why not make it unforgettable.
Now that we have that sorted, just imagine getting this recipe done in under 5 minutes and in a Microwave!!!
Ok let’s started shall we
- 4 level tablespoons of Flour
- 1 tablespoon of Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1/4 spoon of Chilli flakes (more if you like it hot)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon of brown Sugar
Prep time: 3 minutes
Baking time: 1-2 minutes (depending on your microwave)
Total time: 4-5 minutes
Melt the butter in a microwave.
Now add the egg yolk
Sift the flour and cocoa powder. (In order to get rid of lumps.
After 1 minute, take it away from the microwave.
It’s ready to serve! Now how easy was that.
The combo of sweetness and nuttiness with the coolness of the cream is a match made in dessert land!
