Hi everyone. How are you all doing? Christmas is around the corner, so no would be a good time to start planning your menu ideas and drinks. If you are looking for dishes to inspire you, Look no further, I have lots of recipes on my blog to help you plan ahead.
So a few days ago I was planning what to make for dinner, and then this idea came to me. I thought why not remix gizdodo. Everybody knows it already, but why not give it an amazing twist that everyone would love to try out.
I loved the idea and I couldn’t wait to make it. I would tell you one thing my kitchen smelt Amazing whilst making this. And I bet yours will too when you try it out. Without much further ado let’s get started shall we 🙂
- Chicken breast
- 3 large plantain
- 1 medium size tomato
- 1 small tatashe
- 4 heaped spoon of Suya spice (you can use less if you prefer)
- 1/2 a teaspoon of Onion powder
- 1/2 a teaspoon of Ginger powder
- 1/2 a teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 cup of Mixed peppers
- 4 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
- 2 frying pan
- 1 medium sized bowl
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: tbc
Total time: tbc
Cut the plantain into cube size and then fry. Once fried set aside.
and also save at least 2-3 tablespoons of the oil used in frying the plantain. You will need this later
Next add the remaining Suya spice
And I bet your kitchen smells divine too.
