Hi Everyone. Christmas is just a few days away, and this is the time of the year that I actually take time to indulge in a few guilty pleasures. Once I have had it, that’s it. I am done for the year. Got chocolate is amazing. But can also be a little indulgent. Especially with the addition of whipped cream and sometimes chocolate. So I only get to do this once a year and it’s that time again.
So I thought I would share some of the ways I enjoy my hot chocolate with you all.

To make this lush Gingerbread Hot Cocoa.
Here is what you will need.
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 a teaspoon of Nutmeg
- 1/2 a teaspoon of dry ginger powder
- 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 a teaspoon of all spice
- 1/2 a cup of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Whipped cream and gingerbread biscuits
- Medium sized saucepan
Heat up the milk (but make sure it is not boiling)
Finally add the cocoa powder and honey. Whisk it up and let it simmer.
Pour it into a cup. Let it cook down a bit.
Put the whip cream and then add the gingerbread man (just like the picture above)
